I’m in need of some assistance.

I am looking at possible ways to assist my partners parents to come to Canada but due to their age it is becoming a bit difficult or maybe I simply just don’t know what to look for or where to start.

Both have Degrees in their line of work with additional credentials which I’m not sure if they can claim points for, but I will give the breakdown of everything I know in hope one of you can assist.

Is there anyway I can assist them to join us in Canada and be able to work? I have experience in doing the EE (FSW) application but that’s unfortunately it. I’ve read about PNP programs and Work Permits but I don’t think I completely understand the process. We would like for them to come to Canada and be able to look for employment.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance

They are too old to qualify under EE.

The best way is to sponsor them under the Parent/Grandparent Sponsorship route.

There's a lottery every year and you have to submit your application in the lottery for Jan 2020. If you are picked, you can then sponsor them. If you aren't picked, you can keep applying every year and hope to be picked.
