I dont think you are allowed to study without AIP

You can study without aip. Please read the rules of ircc.

Submitted application on the 2nd week of September. Online classes started already more than a month ago. No AIP. Complete SDS application.

biometric done, medical Passed. Nothing else since than.
as far as approved DLI’s list is concerned, my university is on that list.
