What I think is the above thing is not a dream, let's hope for it that it goes down as CIC announced at the beginning of the EE Pool that they are going to select total numbers of applicant this year only is 65000 , so there is a big hope for this.

and the total numbers of application is 41k.

Even I strongly believe that the scores will down significantly in the upcoming draws. Keep positive attitude and never loose your hope. If you want to do some thing then work on the areas you can improve, rather than demotivating others.

So, this new EE system has caused havoc on our budding dream which were very possible just before 31st Dec 2014
Now, whats next that can we think/pursue?

For now 25 % profiles of entire EE Pool are above 400 CRS (1786+8770 = 1056). OOPNP have started from 2-July-2015 and they have sent invitations to 400+ CRS. OOPNP have 2700 nominations with additional 600 points.
The number of 400+ will decrease on 2700 nominations so if we assume that every month 1000 new profile created 1500 old applicants will be chosen every month. Approximately 5 months will be needed for score to decrease to 400. In December we will have score 400.
350 - 399 14,597 profiles. By this logic and rough calculation we can assume that the score will decrease to 300 till summer of the next year.

So currently you have two option
1. Retake IELTS and improve your score
2. Wait of decrease of score ))

max 20 for spouse official language proficiency and max 22 for your second language proficiency so in total max your score will be increased on 42 and will be reached 407
