Glad to see someone with the same NOC ... I got my ITA on 24th march. I have got my PCC and medicals done. Now trying to get my work exp letter in the format required.I am not very sure of getting it at present. Not very sure of the duties part.What stage are you in now? Have you got the work experience letter? Any idea about it?

I just cleared my specialist certification exam and applying for EE. Experience I have as 3111 is my residency

in order to apply under NOC 3111, you need ECA done for primary degree only?? as in M.D or MBBS?

in that case what date do you write for question " when did you first became eligible to practice" . is it the date I entered in speciality program or is it the date I clear my exit exam?

also if I apply under 3112 ( GP) can I claim points for my residency ( 3111 NOC)

I am a specialist physician and am applying under 3111 with my three years of training in residency after which I became a specialist but I am confused which job title should I use in my work letter? I read that a resident in training towards a speciality is still included in 3111 NOC
Any idea?

I am in the same code:3111. Please be careful- CIC is clear that work is to considered since obtaining the specialist qualification, and hence, I am unsure if residency would be considered as work experience ( it should be since we work to gain the experience in the chosen specialty).. I have only mentioned the periods of work since I obtained a consultant job.. but not my training as a resident or a fellow...

What have others mentioned?
