Just to share my experience.
I recently got requests for my police clearances to be uploaded via MyCIC account. The documents were uploaded successfully and my account was updated "We have received documents" but to my surprise after a week, i sent an inquiry to the High Commission and I was informed that nothing has been received from my account. They later then advised me to send it through email and attached these docs as pdf.file.
I dont know whether that was just a system glitch but I suggest you all to send a follow up email a week after you uploaded requested docs.
