1 year experience should not be problem. Try your luck. And don;t pay agent for just re-creating profile

How about him ditching his consultant and making the profile himself? Your Consultant was probably never going to tell you about the "trick" of recreating your profile to get OINP. Let me guess why --->>> 'So that 1 year can pass with you stuck at 446 and then they charge you again"
There are so many things your consultant will not tell you, period .

Okay. I am so upset at the lazy agent right now.
Its night here and I can't wait till the morning to give him a call.

I'm having a look right now at how to re create it.

Trust me, you loose nothing by ditching them. You can create your own profile first before instructing them to withdraw your profile with them. That way you're sure you know what you're doing first.
Besides, people ask the most basic questions on this forum and get responses. If you want to know somwthing ask, someone will guide you.

You can start by using the come to canada tool and creating GCkey.

Do not worry. I was in similar situation. i would not even login many times thinking something may go wrong. but that is not the case. Once you start exploring it, things ll be easy.

Mallikaa just curious, if you are already in Australia which has lot easier PR process than Canada, excellent warm weather throughout the year and jobs which pay AT LEAST 30%-50% higher than similar ones in Canada - what's making you opt for Canada ?.

Mallikaasharmaa - if its any consolation, I too wasted a lot of money and entire last year with a Consultant who didn't do anything for or even answer my calls. I got them to delete my profile and after I re-created my own profile in Jan 2016, I got the OINP PT notification.
So go for it, just forget the money you paid them and take control of your own profile.

This forum and the folks here are VERY HELPFUL and QUICK.
