The only way to contact them is to raise a web form, you can find it on the official site.

However, if you application is still within 6 months and you wish to inquire about status, they won’t reply. I tried to find out if my criminality was passed, they never replied to me.
But when I contacted them again because there was an error in my request letter, they replied in 2 days.
So it really depends on your inquiry.

No problem, my medical passed. After PAL I have got GU 2 times. No news after that. I guess my application ion secirity check

I have received ADR from PVO on Jan 22 (AOR Sep 18) and was wondering how long it usually takes for them to reach a decision from this point on?
