Applicants based on Colombo VO

Hey guys recently I saw this forum. Imy vo is colombo. It's been 42 days since PER. No AOR or MR yet. Is this normal?

I didn't receive any AOR from CVO but got an update from CIC agent that my file has been transferred to CVO. Btw any update from your side??
