Reading other treats in this forum, Delhi is doing well many meds and PR but Colombo is not moving at all

You have to maintain it .My friend was requested to submit it with PPR.I am in the same frustration.Keeping FD means loosing some good investment opportunities in SL(But they think Cnadian way lets adapt 8) ).
