Can someone plz explain what is MI3 and MI5

MI = Ministrial Instructions issued by time to time by Cand.Ministry of Imm. MI 3 came into effect on 1.7.2011( only 500 applications for each job cat..ant total 10000 overall capacity for 29 jobs listed by CIC etc MI 4 means special instruction for PHD students in Canada for aplication to PR

Do it asap. I recon check ur bp,urine,suger etc before u go there. I did the same and found high level of suger in my blood.
