Applicant who applied twice (Old system and EE)

Hi guys,
There are lot of people who applied for immigration under EE system however few of them are already 2014 FSWP applicant. What will happen for them? Is there any chance for them to get ITA? CIC will not process application for twice. How CIC will handle this case?

CIC allows the two applications to go through. The candidate will pay the application fee again if they decide to do that. No reimbursements will be made in this case.

You can submit as many applications under different programs if you wish but you also have to pay the relating fees for each application. Certain fees are refundable depending on which stage your applications are at.
