Look at the impatience of MI3 applicants. They have created a thread for those MI-3 applicants who are waiting for medicals. They consider it as their right to get medicals within 3-4 months of submitting the application and MI1 applicants get a step motherly treatment from NDVO.

Is there no media to raise this discrimination

LMAO.......have nothing to say on this...just wanted to share this with you guys ;)

Rawlinbro did not receive any verification calls......chances of getting verification calls after medicals are null, but you never know with NDVO :)

I guess if the DMP is in Pune, then no need to take an appointment......but taking an appointment would save you 2-3 hours

Payment Instructions for RPRF:
•Fees must be paid by bank draft, certified cheque, postal money order (PMO) or manager's cheque. Cash payment is not accepted.
•Print your name and file number on the back of the bank draft or certified cheque. Preferably should be in INR because it takes less time to get encashed.

ND applicants, please ensure the following when you take a draft for RPRF fee.
1. The beneficiary should be “Receiver General for Canada” if it is in CAD
2. The beneficiary should be “Canadian High Commission” if it is in INR
Both payable at New Delhi.

RPRF at this time is CAD $490 for the principal applicant and also for accompanying spouse. So PA + spouse in total is CAD $980.

Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

$490=Rs. 25,970

My representative send my Rprf in CAD in favour of " canadian high commision"

I just checked the CIC site which says it could be in favour of any of two.

i.e "canadian high commision' or "Receiver General for Canada".

But now i think RPRF in rupees could save around 4k-5k rupees.

Which my representative has not told me.

I cannot understand why there is such a difference and why its allowable.

Anyways thanks for sharing such a great information.

Bro....I think that could be due to fluctuating Canadian $.......always wise to send DD in INR.....coz it can be made in any bank in a matter of minutes.......consultants it seems just don't know the procedures of immigration
