Actually we had changed our Home, so 2-3 months back consultant had sent them change of address mail.....
I need to confirm with consultant...but i remember he did send self addressed mailing labels...

Just to clarify even in my ecas, my home address is not correct(there is no building name in my address).....but I have provided mailing labels along with appln.

As I said earlier, call ur consultant and ask him if mailing labels are sent or not?

While sending speed post, they cut off the self addressed mailing label and paste it on the courier package to be sent.....In this way, they avoid making mistakes in writing address and getting it delivered to a wrong person ;)

if paper screening is ok then further review will be ok.
in my GCMS the officer awarded me 69 points in paper screening and file for further review to officer, the due date is November 2012

Thats not necessary brother.....paper screening notes is usually done by a junior visa officer or staff member of VO. Paper screening notes is basically just to check package again for completeness(though its already done at CIO) and inconsistencies in application while viewing file for first time.

The senior VO will then check ur file again, calculate points, deeply scrutinize it based on his/her local knowledge(This is the time when processing line is added, if he thinks file is ok and then logs if an interview is waived/required and addln docs/MR to be issued. Also even minor inconsistencies on file are magnified at this level and further bg checks are initiated, hence it takes varying level of time for MR to be issued).

There are no hassles involved like filling forms at www.visafile.info

My elder bro is living in Toronto and has PR, but still we ordered through this site, coz doing it manually takes 45-50 days.....whereas if you apply through this or other sites like caipesnotes, can help to get you GCMS in exactly 30 days.

You can take help of member cocknbull and query him on ordering GCMS manually thru a relative, if you don't wan't to order it thru visafile. For me, its just $20 extra w/o hassles that matters :)

a) If you have a relative / friend in Canada

As you have a relative / friend there it would cost you just $5. Its very easy. Your relative / friend will order this on your behalf and he will be the requester. It can be done by email and your relative / requester can send scan copies of everything. Your relative / friend will receive CAIPS / GCMS notes in his email.

First fill the following form but your relative / friend will sign it as he is the requester.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

Then you will have to fill this consent form and sign yourself

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

Now according to latest IMM5563E form you can even pay fees online if you are not living in Canada and there is no need to fill any credit card form. Pay fees online, get receipt, fill it and then scan and attach with application. Its very easy.

https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?lob=6

After payment take 2 copies of print out of receipt. Keep one copy for yourself and attach other with application.

Ask your relative to provide copy of his Canadian passport or PR card and copy of his recent bill or bank statement as a proof that he is currently living in Canada

Ask him to scan everything and send everything by email to

atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca

b) If you don't have a relative / friend in Canada

try these websites. You will get in around 6-8 weeks.

a) http://www.caips.ca/
b) http://caipsnotes.com/index.shtml
c) http://www.caipsretriever.com/2006/03/immigrants-life-in-toronto-canada-ii.html
d) http://www.visafile.info/ ($25 cheapest option)

The British Columbia Construction Association, on the hunt for skilled workers, held an information event at the Hilton in Belfast which was inundated, and had to begin an hour early. The men were told that if every child in school in Canada today became a tradesperson, that firms would still require 20,000 extra workers in the construction trade.
