thats shocking... but you must have provided the photo of your son while sending the docs as well... so why dont they use that photograph...

I got an email from NDVO today and they have requested for translated copy of Birth Certificate of my Son and his recent photo..!! I have already provided the translated Copy of of his BC while I had applied for Visa, this is a shocking. I have a good feeling as they have requested for Photo, coz they might need it for COPR purpose!!

Well I have no choice, I shall dispatch both stuff by tomorrow morning!!

I think NDVO is taking the test of our patience as I got my MR after a month of 2nd line and now waiting for DM!!

This is a new case I have heard, no worries bro...PCC is not required at landing, if u got visa recently then try to land in a month or two...ppl who are landing after 8-9month of visa may need it (but not compulsory)

Actually me and abhay have submitted PCC at the time of file process. And we were informed that u r not need to submit it again. By the time PCC became 6 months and more older.

Eventhough we were informed not to submit it again.

This is the story.

So if yr PCC expired tgen u need to get it again.

hi tushar,
well i called up mumbai immigration departure department and they said they dont require at all..its a job of police and they just need boarding pass,airticket,landing paper,and valid passport with visa stamp...i called them twice with different names and said the same thing....and then again i called up my consultant and even he said not mandatory and not required at all...

finaly landed testerday at TORONTO by BA AROUND 15 30 LOCAL TIME.
TUSHAR IS RIGHT THEY ASKED ME FOR VALID PCC ,I GAVE THE PCC SUBMITED WITH MY APPLICATION-BUT THE OFFFICER ARGUED LOT ON THAT TO SHOW ME ANY PROOF THAT I HAVE NIT CONVICTED ANY CRIME IN LAST FOUR MONTHS FROM MY PCC EXPIRE DATE.

THANKS GUYS WITH ALL UR SUPPORT AND GOOD WISHES FINALY I LANDE TO MY DREAM DESTINATION.I WILL GO ON MONDAY TO APPLY FOR SIN.BANK A/C AND FEW MORE THINGS TO DO.ENJOYING WEEKEND WITH MY AUNTY AND MY FAMILY.
ALL THE BEST TO ALL FOR GREAT SUCCESS IN MIGRATING TO CANADA.
