My ecas is freeze as last week, if practically talking I am hoping to get DM after a month, as my MR was updated on 16 Aug and they are taking 2 months after that to DM etc..!!

In my opinion, if some one have full time study from a affiliated university and same time that full time study belongs to noc he will apply then it's ok to get through, else healthy chance of rejection. Better not provide info of part time/distance course to CIC.
