@ folks who recvd medicals

What is ECAS status?
Do you see "Medicals received" line inside IN PROCESS ?

If so, can you update when your medicals was done and when you sent your passport and fee to VO?

was going thru other posts and realized that medical fee per adult was 3100Rs
I mentioned it as 6100 in my reply, we paid 6200 for myself and my spouse

some info to share
one of my friends sent his passport on Feb 25th after medical request, his RPRF fee was encashed after a month
He is still waiting for visa; He sent an inquiry mail and got reply saying "They received so many files in this period; they are trying to clear one by one"

His ECAS is IN PROCESS with additional line "Medicals received"

fingers crossed if it will eventually delay the following files as well :S

I have been trying to reply for last 2 days but I was getting permission denied when i submit



1. Have you submitted your medical and PCC..??
=> Yes, My medical, Passport and Fee was delivered on 9th Apr at VO

2. what is the actual procedure/process for medical.. and to get PCC?
=> Instruction sheet was given in the medical request mail. We have to call the medical center and confirm wht all we need to bring.
We were not asked for PCC as we submitted it along with our initial application

But, For PCC procedure, register and check here passportindia.gov.in
We have to take original passport and fee, they give it on same day these days

3. How much you pay for it?
For medicals: 6100Rs per adult, for kids it varies according to age

4. What is your E-cas status..?
It is still "IN PRCESS" with single line saying when my application reached nova scotia office :|

Dear babbumann.

I have completed my medical only .I had not submitted my landing fees and PP because of PCC.No further appointment available in Passport office.My work will be completed next week.
