The wait is over, I got an e-mail from NDVO requesting for [size=17pt]Medical,PP,RPRF and PPC from UK and India for me and all dependent (+18).MR was generated on 20/06/12 when my ecas was updated to start processing..Its bit annoying, though I'm happy.

I have called my bank today and DD is not encashed so far...!!!
My question is :
1.Does ecas update with medical received line first or Landing fees encashed first?
2.If landing fees will be encashed next week, how good the chances are for a successful/satisfactory Medical?

I went to DMP - John C Kuhlmann as you suggested, I was able to get appointment next day itself.

I showed all the forms, that I had, to the the person on the Front desk. She told that irrespective of the Visa Office where the application is processed, they always send the medical report to Ottawa. Officers at Ottawa decide the next steps. They generally take 2-3 weeks to send the report.

She also showed me a letter from immigration stating, that ALL the reports should be send to Ottawa, but if the "applicant insists", they can forward the report to the Visa office where the forms are being processed and they will not be responsible for any delays.

Doctor John was good, the visit took around 2 hours. Dr Fees - $120 and they sent me to another X-Ray lab where they charged me $36. So, total $156 for adults and 110 for kids. They took only 2 photos for adult and 1 photo for kids. They are not particular about the photo size (Any wallet size photo will do).

While booking the appointment, I asked them if I need to fast before the test or anything like that and she told nothing is required and I can do my breakfast and then come accordingly.

There is a mix statistic for that, if u look in the spreadsheet then u may find out that some ppl got 3rd line in ecas before landing fees encashment and other got vise-versa !!!

I would leave your question on other seniors..!! though very logical question but I'm answer less for this..
