If you married anybody between the process before your pp visa issued you have to inform to IO cause letter VO might question you about not informing the case cause there is always the evidence of marriage document mentioning the date...so dont make anything complicated its better to hold the marriage ... after landing you can come back to home country and have a marriage then fly to the CANADA and process for spouse PR in the que, In my opinion,

@ Jaggy; You are right as you can add any of your dependent at any time before decision made; you can also withdraw your case before stamping the visa...

So if we talk about the procedures, rules & regulations then I would stand with Jaggy. That is what CIC website says

I don't know why he is saying that no one is helping him out.....I can quite clearly see that all his queries are answered till now

His comments are nowhere justified........... If he asks his doubts normally .....he would get an answer also normally.
