Hi everyone,

I paid my RPRF an hour ago, but haven't got any receipt for that in pdf format. I also haven't got any email for the receipt yet.

Is this normal? How long does it take to provide the RPRF receipt? Isn't it immediate?

Thanks in advance,

RFV arrived !

Finally I got the PPR this afternoon! ;D

my timeline is on the left.
This forum has been very helpful to prepare me for the application. Hope everyone who is waiting for their turn will get it soon!

It is ideal to send PCC in their original and translated paper format. Both has to be in original and paper format as these are very important documents for CIC. You might send them the scanned copy but they would definitely ask you later to provide the original document. This process might delay the processing your application. I would wait until your original copy arrives through post or courier from your home country and send them to CIC. I believe they have given you 60 days to do this. So you should be fine as long as you submit them within the time. Hope this helps. Goodluck :D :D

Hi Forum,

I'm a Nov 10 applicant and got my medical yesterday.

I didn't submit my police certificate with my documents, and they asked for it. This is what they asked
"
Police Certificates:

Please be advised that Police Certificates must be submitted as ORIGINAL documents, in their original PAPER format.

We do not accept scanned copies. This document with the certified translation must be sent via postal or courier service to our office at the following address
"
Currently, I have the certified translation attached to a scanned copy of the original (non-English) police certificate. The certified translation has all the required stamps proofing that it is original, but I don't have the original non-English police certificate. My question is should I send the certified translation with the attached copy of the original police certificate, or I should get the original (non-English) one (which is not in Canada right now) and include it in my mailing package.

Thanks,

You should get it in pdf form immediately to your email. Have you provided right email? I dont think this is the case as you have received the MR and RPRF to this email i suppose. Please check in your junk folder. If not, do you screen shot after you completed the payment. You just need R.... Number to communicate with CIC.

Congratulations Engineer315. :D :D :D I think sending your receipt by email is a sufficient proof that you have paid. You dont have to send printed/paper copy to them.

Have a you received any document request in addition to RPRF?
