as of now i'm reading my application form for open work permit(IMM 1249 E) and one questioned here in letters D no.10 it says in here..i want to[box] EXTEND MY MY STAY IN CANADA UNTILL..yr.______ MONTH____DATE____
anothere one...[box]..EXTEND THE STAY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS IN CANADA..YEAR____MONTH___ DATE____ AND/OR [box] change condition..
kindly help me guys what to write in these..since my family is in the philippines...
