under the fields mailing address, contact number and email address,
my sponsor is my representative and i used his email address, contact number and MAILING address in canada, now i am wondering what to put in the appendix b, his adress that i used in permanent residence application or my address here in the Philippines, i am the PA, please help me answer this I dont want to screwed up this process, thank you guyz
