On appendix "C" the medical for to be brought with to the doctor.

3. Visa office** that will be processing the file : In that section I should put London, being as I am from Norway, HOWEVER, I have ticked the box, to send it to the office closest to where I live, which is Buffalo, which one do I put on the application??

I have my medical on tuesday.

Hi!

You have to fill your Appendix "C" with the visa office that will process your file. If you have been admitted for more than a year to Canada, you can send your file to Buffalo. However, you have the choice to send your file to the Visa Office responsible of cases from your country of nationality (Norway) - being London. It is your choice.
Just make sure there is only one Visa Office selected in your forms, or it will lead to confusion.
