Question about Appendix C Medical Form.
I'm sponsoring my spouse that lives with me and now we have decided to sponsor her child from China.
My question is part 3... Which Visa office will be processing the file.
Hong Kong or CIC Etobicoke?

The PR application of your child will be processed at the visa office responsible for the place where your child live. Hong Kong will process the PR cases from :

Hong Kong, Macao and Guangdong, Fujian and Hainan Provinces, and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Taiwan

The application package should be sent to CPC Mississauga.
