Appendix A - Updated Information Chart (PPR)

Hello,

I am currently getting together the documents I need following the passport request letter.

The letter states that I need to include a copy of the letter, including Appendix A, 'Updated Information Chart'. There are spaces for Primary Applicant, partner/spouse and children. I am the PA, so I have filled in my details. My partner is my sponser and a citizen. Does he need to go on the form or is it only for those applying for PR?

Nope, just you. This form is used for multiple immigration streams so, for example, if spouses were immigrating together, they would both be listed on the form.

I got my PPR letter but the updated information chart isn’t attached as it says it is and I can’t find it anywhere..where in the world do I get this from?
