Hi,

Nearing the final part of PR. The applicant ( wife ) received an email today:

1. Appendix A Form - who does she list on this form?

2. Personal History Form - how far back? since high school? or whole life?

Since your wife is the Applicant, she is the only one (plus if she has any dependent children from before who is also coming with her) who is coming to Canada, she should write only her information in Appendix A. For personal history, there should be an instruction there on the Form. Most likely it is the date from when she turned 18 on-wards.

Yes, carrier them back. Didn't your wife get a Passport Request when she received these Forms to be sent out because usually that is the case.

Are these instructions to resubmit the forms with updated information, or were they never submitted in the first place?
