APPENDIX A - INLAND

i am a little confused about APPENDIX A for the police certificate.How does that work?

First you should check in the countries where you stayed at least 6 months, what the exact procedures are for getting a police certificate. In some countries the officials require you to proove that you actually really need the certificate (I've never heard of someone requesting police certificates as a hobby, but who knows...) If you need a certificate from a country with such a rule, use the appendix A form!
