guys if ever my application will be refused because my spouse didn't declared me and my son when he applied for a live in caregiver work visa, can i apply for an appeal? We are married for almost 20 years but his employer that time adviced us not to declare us. please help

Yes - you can certainly appeal.

However in the situation you've described, there's an extremely good chance your appeal will be refused since your spouse failed to include you and your son in the original LCP application (this is misrepresentation).

If you're going to appeal you should hire a good immigration lawyer. Unfortunately I think your chances of success are quite low.
