I just got a letter from the Commission stating that my appeal has been rejected in Quebec but I now live in Alberta and which way forward please?

April 2019 was when I applied. When am I supposed to the Federal court? The letter was dated October 7th

That is a very fast refusal. Have you applied for asylum in the US before? You need to be speaking with a lawyer. A refusal in Quebec is a refusal in Alberta.
