Options for refused applicants

1):Apply to the Federal Court of Canada for judicial review

2)pre-removal risk assessment – Refugee claims in Canada

3):Humanitarian and compassionate grounds

Could you share your appeal timeline?

When did you apply for the appeal ?

April 2019 was when I applied. When am I supposed to the Federal court? The letter was dated October 7th

That is a very fast refusal. Have you applied for asylum in the US before? You need to be speaking with a lawyer. A refusal in Quebec is a refusal in Alberta.

How long these days federal court judicial review is taking, asking for a friend is in process to file JR?
