I was wondering if I can ask for reconsideration VO while Appeal in process at IAD? Is there any conflict will raise from it that will effect the appeal process? I just want point out mistake on VO part?

You can certainly try. However it's highly unlikely IRCC will review your file if there is already an appeal in progress. Reconsideration really works best if you do it immediately after refusal.

But again, you can certainly try. No harm there.

Reconsideration has less chance of a trv even, keep going appeal.
