APPEAL CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION LETTER

HI everyone,

I was applying for the appeal after my wife was refused in Vietnam. However, I read in those sponsorship forum saying that there would be little chance for the appeal to be successful.

Now I have cancelled the appeal. But I have not receive any acknowledge of the cancellation from the Board of appeal.

The question is: Do I have to wait for the appeal cancellation confirmation letter to reapply for a new spousal sponsorship application? Or do I just need to file for a new application?

Any comments are welcome.
