I live in India, have studied in Spain and I would need a criminal record certificate from Spain for my ITA (have just a week to process that

I am fairly aware of the process until obtaining the certificate but have some serious/urgent questions on the apostile:
1) Do I need to go for The Hague Apostille or any kind of apostile for the criminal certificate? (or will the non-apostiled certificate would also do for ITA)
2) If so, will the Ministry of Justice automatically send my certificate automatically to the apostile department? (I have mentioned in my form 790 that the certificate should be valid in Canada)
3) Should I add apostile fee along with the 3,78 fee while making the wired payment? If so, from where can I see the apostile fee applicable in my case?
4) Can I get the certificate apostiled here in India?
