HI! I had applied to study in one of the universities and I will receive the results in April 15. On April I will be in Calgary and if the university accepts me, I wonder if I can apply for the student visa while I'm in Calgary?

Yes you can, but the process (application submission, medicals, biometrics, etc.) has to be done in an office abroad.
