apllication submission to return of passport

How much time approximately it takes to get passport back with visa stamped if applied from Kuwait.
Indian passport, Kuwait residency.

If applied in next 2-3 days is it possible to get the passport back in hand by 15th May?

Processing time at Kuwait is 13 days.

I assume that you have considered application date through approval and stamping of the visa on passport and return to self.
If not I would appreciate an estimate looking at the details above.

You'll have to check with the VFS/VAC in Kuwait for return estimates. A lot varies with the visa office for stamping time and VFS processing times to collect processed visas. Usually 2-5 business days on average.

You also have to consider that as a passport holder of a third country, your visa application may go over the processing time.
