THERE IS A GOD! They are reopening my aplication after canceling it because of the wrong medical assesment!!!

Your application for permanent residence in Canada was received electronically by Citizenship
and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 08/03/2015. You applied to the FSW program.
A first review of your application indicated that it did not meet the requirements. CIC has
further re-examined your application and has determined that it does meet the requirements of a
complete application as described in sections 10 and 12.01 of the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Regulations. Your application has been reopened. You will be notified in due course
as the review of your application continues.

Great news yelena!! Did you have your doctors contact CIC, or was it enough to "only" explain in the CSE?

my doctor was not helpful., I sent 4 cse's and an e -mail to every office and institution I could find related to CIC or express entry

what ever the reason is., I gave up on it completely and applied to ontario, so I have a different problem now lol - posted it on a separate thread.

sory if i am trolling,. but this is a news worth sharing

So happy for you! Your rejection seemed very unfair, as it was CIC's fault, without a doubt. This should also give hope to others rejected for the same reason. I'm not a thousand percent sure of this, but it seems to me that when people have had their applications re-opened after a mistake on CIC's part, the rest of the process has gone quite quickly. I hope that proves true for you!
