Hi all, does anyone have/can anyone recommend available accommodation for a couple moving in January. Budget is $2000 and preferred location is MISSISAUGA? I know lots of listings are available online but as we don’t have payslips, credit score, I’ll love to be directed to places that waive these for newcomers. Much appreciated.

Do you have job offer letters? Can you show a considerable amount in your account? Do you have someone who can cosign? You can also offer up several months in advance in lieu of a credit score. All of these can help you get an apartment through a listing agent as well.
