Hi. I'm getting my documents for the AOS application. I'm a Room Attendant - Housekeeper in a Hotel and I've been working with my current employer since last year (I have more than 1 year experience) under IE Canada. Regarding this job offer letter document and besides all the information it must include:
1. in my case is it basically a letter saying that they want me to stay longer with them?
2. since I'm under IE Canada, I don't need an LMIA now but when my current visa expires (and if I get nominated) I will need to apply for an open work permit or such in order to keep working with my current employer...so, does it needs an LMIA or not? (which if I'm understanding right, it will mean to post a "public job offer").
