I applied thru Mail on 16 Sep 2021 , and its arrived on 23 Sep 2021
till today I didn't received the AOR . is that normal because of Covid

Call IRCC to see if you have a Temporary File #, if you do, then it should not be long until u get permanent file #

i don't know if you have any idea, till now i didn't hear back from IRCC , i just know recently i can apply by online for PR under family sponsorship outside of Canada
do think i can do both till i hear back one of them or to wait ?
