Hello,
I got AOR with my spouse's Non-ECA degrees. I selected No in ECA assessment section as there were no points allotted for her education. I explained it in LOE. I would like to know whether CIC will ask me an ECA for my wife's education even though no points claimed?

No, they won't. Your spouse's education will anyways be mentioned in the personal history section only. Hence they will not ask for any documents.

I mentioned in her education section.

In education you mention the things you claimed points for in EE.

Hi have a similar query, I want to add my spouse education in personal history, but since she completed her graduation in 2006 (which falls beyond 10 years) show should i add this information now.

I guess you can add it but what for? They're not interested in it unless you're claiming points for it.

So if I don't add her education history anywhere in my eApr, and considering my wife is a graduate, will this not lead to misrepresentation of information?

I see what you mean. When you added her info in EE there was a possibility to add education and to say "did you get ECA" answer no. You may havve that possibility in eAPR, add the degree name answer no for "was an eCA done"
I don't know in your case.

How can i be sure, what needs to be done here. Should I decline the invitation and create a new profile?

I selected "NO" and submitted her degree certificates with LOE mentioning that no points claimed as ECS was not done.

edit your spouse's education history if you're not claiming any points. Select "NO" for ECA question. It must show in personal history after doing this.

Hi Marry
Thanks for your reply, suppose i add her education in spouse studyand education section and select eca as no, but i would not be able to add this in personal history since she graduated in 2006 which falls beyond 10 year personal historylimit

So anything you add in your education section, should automatically appear in your personal history.

Thank you so much hamgha, this answer helped so much, saved me a lot of time.
