AOR WAITING PNP CIC APPLICANTS

Guys pls help me I recived my XEP file number on 15th april again today i received another mail i thought that is with EP number but that is the same mail like pervious one means file number with XEP can any one tell me ahwt dose it mean .....pls help me im so tense .......

hahaha we're on the same boat... chill dear! I got XEP on April 15, an EP on April 22 and back to XEP today. I emailed cic just now, hopefully they can enlighten us. But if you are within canada, best to call them up coz email response would take some time.

its says XEP****** front of the numbers and their is no medical date requested. can any one help me to figure out whats going on??

yup but I'm unable to access ecas with the EP number. It's just weird that today, I'm back again to XEP, honestly I'm also worried but there's nothing we can do but to wait. I think it's best that u call cic and please give us a heads-up. I am unable to call cic from outside canada so the least I can do is wait for their email reply...

4-6 months really??? Where did you find this information?
and one more thing since i am in canada and on open work permit which is about to expiry very soon. Can i use this XEP no to apply bridge open work permit?

hello... i hope this will help... last month i phoned cic to ask questions about me getting an BOWP... then they gave me my file no. with the XEP... i was so confused coz i know that aor.. or file no. should have only EP...coz thats what my friends are getting...then i phoned again to ask about that.. they told me that YES.. thats my file no.. it has X in front coz its still under inventory or cic files... but when they about to send an email..they will remove the X...and it means that ur application is on the system already...or is able to track in the ECAS...thats what they told me. i got AOR last monday (nov 12 applicant) but just EP in my aor.

and YES it will take 4-5 days to be able to access ECAs. mine just get through today. they usually update ECAs every tuesday.

Hi there. I see what you mean but you need to cool down your nerves and have some patience. At the end of the day, it would be helpful to remember that you're not alone in this journey coz we are all going through the same thing. That being said, remember that anything can happen anytime. Just b'coz the processing time is 28 months doesn't mean that you'll have to wait that long. Your time will come soon.. Try to divert your thoughts and energy on something worthwhile. Forget about the PR thing for a while coz it looks like the thoughts are depleting your energy levels (You can respond to it when you get the e-mails from CIC). If you keep waiting for e-mails from CIC every single day, it will only cause more headaches. You see what I mean? As for your dilemma, I think it's individual choice whether to apply for EE or stay with your PNP (even though its a bit slower). My advice for you would be to stay with PNP since you're already half way there. It will be an extensive process again (in terms of time, money and energy) if you wish to apply for EE from scratch. I hope you see my perspective. But then again, the final decision is totally up to you Be positive, have patience and hope for the best! Good luck!

Today, I received another email from CIC, now with a subject "AOR" however the App no. is back to XEP. Anyone who've experienced this?

15 April 2014 - Received an XEP
22 April 2014 - Received an EP together with a UCI no.
24 April 2014 - Received an XEP again (same number) hahaha weird... I actually thought that it's already a med req. ...what do you think? ;D

same thing happened to us....we felt so hopeful at seeing another from CIC but with in next second all our happiness was diminished

I'm not sure what's going on but let's give it a week, hopefully after a week will receive a MR

Finally, I can now access ECAS, It says "App received"... Let's keep our hopes up

XEP: April 15th
EP: April 23rd
