My pr renewal aplication was received on 21 st oct 2020 and i got my AOR on 16th Dec 2020..so roughly 55 days..

Current time line is around 2 months. Given the holidays, I would say mid-January is more likely when they will start processing your application.

This means the 104 days processing time starts from mid Jan once I get the AOR?

No. Processing time starts from the day they receive your application. You might get and AOR mid-January and your application might have a decision made in the week after that.

104 is the number of days after which the IRCC asks you to contact them if your application doesn't have a decision made. So, if you don't recieve a decision on your application by end of February (104 days after your submission), contact them.

I called them for waiting for almost 7months after SINP this morning. But she answered me that she could not do anything for me but told me to keep waiting. What is the meaning of contact with them?

No. Processing time starts from the day they receive your application. You might get and AOR mid-January and your application might have a decision made in the week after that.

Do they send AOR to the email address I wrote on my application form, or the obsolete one they have in their system since 5 yrs ago? I'm worried because I submitted my application in October and they received it on Oct 28. No AOR yet. Is it possible that they've sent AOR to the old and obsolete email address in their system?
