AOR Timeline Advise

Dear all

Could anyone please help

I have applied for FSW (NOC 2281 - VISA Office Singapore) from Dhaka, Bangladesh on the 10th July 2014 and the application was received in Sydney NS on the 17th July 2014.
Its been almost 2 months now and I am yet to receive the AOR. I am worried that something has gone wrong.

1) Can I check the status of my application anywhere?
2) How long does it usually take for the AOR to come?
3) Can I contact CIC via email? If so, can anyone provide an address?

Any help / guideline / advise is highly appreciated

2) 3-4 months
3) No point contacting anyone. CIC hasn't even opened your application yet. They are still working on applications from late May.
