My husband received the mail on the same day MEP.
“This message is being sent to confirm that the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to the visa office in CPC-Ottawa for further processing.”

It doesn't have any time. I log in to check my application everyday. You will notice the status change when the first time you log in for the day. Later it will change to 'Submitted'.

its more fun to check once you see all of your fellow applicants, who applied at the same time start to get PPR
