AOR Nov3 why do I have IFHP application?

Hi there,

I have submitted my PR application and got AOR on November 3rd. And today when I checked my profile, I noticed that I have a continue application for IFHP which I did not start the process for at all. Does anybody know why?

I have the same issue. It appears to be a bug, heaps of people have this error. Just ignore it
