No they are not. But most probably, as IMGNSPNP commented from Feb Aor thread, its because I have made an application to add my new born to my file. Whats scary is on the last call to CIC to know the status for my new born's application, I was informed it was not added yet. Hopefully its not something major.
Also wanted to know from other members if they have faced the same situation.

I have crossed the 6 months deadline but my profile hasn't changed since past 5 months. Have also send the case specific enquiry but no reply, Tried calling CIC but the agent even refused to take my EE profile number and asked me to send the request by email. Really confused what to do..

Some1 submitted recently & got it back in 3 days thru vfs.
Get in touch with your vfs.
I think they say around 7-10 days, but many are getting it within a week.

thanks for the comment, get in touch meaning calling vfs call center or going to vfs physically? because last week i called vfs call center they just said my application is in delhi office which i got to know already by tracking my app online. any comments???

Yes I meant vfs call centre.
If near by, visit their office & check...No harm in that as well.
Usually they have quick service, you may get it in next 2- 3 days...

After 6.5 months my profile was updated and BG check has gone into progress.

And 10 days after you raised CSE for update What I wrote...hope to receive PPRs before to receive replies

PPR 12th july (me and my spouse in India)
spouse pp submitted to VFS on 13th july
my PP received by CIC ottawa on 14th July
Spouse PP returned back to her on 20th July
i received my PP on 25th July
i Landed on 28th july. spouse is scheduled to land on 2nd August.

my Journey to PR seems to be over now. All the best to all of you waiting for PPR. and best of luck for all the recent Permanent Resident's of Canada.!
