Since your application is 6 months old, please call CIC callcenter. They will be able to check the status now that you have crossed the six months check. Mention taht to the agent (that your application is six months old)

Yes. Option 7 for Express Entry and 0 for agent.

Don't worry, things will move soon. I have completed 6 months already and there are few more who will be completing 6 months in few days. So, you are not alone.

jagan ofcourse you can enter canada without pr card but to need to get a letter from cic which you can get within a week from any canadian visa office all over world. one of my friend visited india and came back after pr but before recieving pr card

no thats not true at all, you can get that letter on after you are permanent resident and have not received your pr card and you have to travel in and out of canada, if you need further info about it you call cic and they willl help you with it
