Today I got an email to submit my Passport to the NDVO for stamping
My timeline
Aor : 28th Jan'16
Ordered GCMS notes : 3rd May'16
Received GCMS notes : 2nd June'16
Request for RPRF : 7th June'16
RPRF fees paid and uploaded the receipt : 7th June'16
Request to submit Passport : 21st June'16
I would like to thank each and everyone for patiently answering to all my queries esp. The JAN AOR group also few individuals who have replied to my PM messages as well
This forum is like an encyclopaedia for Canadian immigration and one can really find helpful people around here (most of the times) to answer all kinds of questions or requests

Sorry for that. Don't worry, everything will be fine. I got my application refused in August, 2015. That was due to 'very few or no job description on employment letters'. Even I attached declaration of job duties with each letter.Nataj said:
But saw some people raising CSE and getting their applications open and processed again. Even saw some people getting their applications approved with same situation as mine (Declaration of job duties).
Check the reason of refusal. It may work with CSE.

As far as I know, late (>=2.5 months) rejections are usually because of job duties or proof of funds not being convincing. Also it's no loss to submit a CSE to try to re-open your case, I saw a number of people in this forum to get their cases re-opened and approved eventually.

My Primary occupation was: Power Engineer (NOC 9241)
I have the certificate of qualification both in Alberta, and Manitoba, but the officer said she was not satisfied. Weird!!!
Here is the letter:
In your Express Entry profile, you indicated that you possess a certificate of qualification in a trade occupation issued by a province.
I note that you have provided a “Certificate of Competency” issued by the Province of Alberta and the Pressure Equipment Safety Authority.
Based on the documents provided, I am not satisfied you possess a certificate of qualification as outlined in Section 26 of the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System.
This change in your qualifications resulted in a loss of points that brought your rank below the lowest ranking person who was invited to apply in your round of invitation, under the Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System.
As I have found that you no longer possess the qualification on the basis of which you were ranked under an instruction given under paragraph 10.3(1)(h), you no longer meet the requirements of Section 11.2 of IRPA.
