Folks, I got my PPR email.
It asked that I submit my passport and photos along with a copy of the email to the local VFS. I am FSW outland no PNP (India).

My timeline are
AOR----------------------23rd Jan.
Request for FBI PCC on-27th Jan.
Medicals passed-------- 27th Jan.
FBI PCC uploaded on----17th April.
BG in progress-----------June 10.
PPR email----------------June 13th.

on saturday I got email of update in cic ac and it was for "Background check completed", "file closed" and "approved".
No msg after that. Does this mean I have got PR visa in my Passport?

12 May - Background check in-progress
7 Jun - PPR (no change on myCIC)
8 Jun - Passport submitted
13 Jun - Visa, COPR granted
14 Jun - Passport collected
14 Jun - Case closed on myCIC

Visa Office: Singapore

I think it's worthwhile to note that following my passport submission, I wrote to the HCC in Singapore about a scheduled travel at the end of the month. I received my documents today with an 'Urgent' tag attached to it.

As my timeline reflects, I've had my share of utter silence from CIC from 10 Feb to 12 May, and almost four more weeks after that. So my advice to everyone is just be patient (try not to count the days), and keep praying

Hoping those who have yet to get their PPRs do so soon <3

I'm not very sure which VO is. I guess it's Hong Kong because my PPR email mentioned that: "for only citizens of a country exempt from obtaining a visa to Canada, mail or courier your package to ....Hong Kong"

Your advice is much appreciated I'm FSW Outland myself but the waiting is literally killing me .... let's hope we'll see some movement pretty soon.
