I want to understand what really is AOR email or what it looks like.

I got a message saying CIC CONFIRMS MY application for PR in Canada was received by CIC viz mycic account on may 11.

is that the one?

I submitted Schedule A in Feb and never heard from them
I think it's normal

Well, it makes sense that if they have a higher score, they get to be processed first. Just like the rounds of invitations.

Its not just about higher score. From what I have heard from my PNP Visa officer, it is easier for cic to verify the documents for PNP applicants as provincial governments has already done few steps of verification for them.

No need to worry. It depends upon your VO and the officer. Looks like for all the Feb applicants(Inland) their VO was Ottawa, and due to some reason, Ottawa VO is on fire from last two weeks. What is your VO?

I got PPR today morning by email. But then I checked in my profile that my background check is in progress and decision is "not started". In afternoon, I got an profile update email from cic. Little bit worried whether everything is fine or normal.

Nothing to worry about. You just checked MyCIC before they had a chance to send you the update email about your background check - I did the same! Nothing else will change on your account til they receive your passport etc. When they are ready to return them along with the CoPR, your account will be approved and closed and the return tracker activated. Congrats!!!
