It doesn't normally change until they have rec'd your passports and are ready to return them to you.

Guys, I had to take most of my funds from the bank account recently (because of a very difficult political situation in my country I was worried I could lose all the money, so I took off 80% of the funds and have them in cash now).

I got RPRF request today and have made payment already.

My question is - do you think it is going to be a problem? should i put it back on my bank account now?

I mean when you get PPR, aren't you free to keep the money cash or on the bank account, as long as you maintain the minimum required sum??

Please, help me with this...

Hey, I think that if you are an outland applicant you have to present POF at the port of entry when you arrive to Canada.

There's not any set time and think it'll be hard to find a pattern from this forum. Its just another waiting game.

Yes, I know that. But I mean does the POF gotta be the same type of bank statement? what if I choose to bring some of the money in cash with me. I am indeed planning to it that way.

Anyways, i am worried if they gonna ask for another statement before issuing visa ...

You can bring money with you I think, but be prepared to pay taxes. I am not sure if they are going to consider you as a landed immigrant when you present money so you don't have to pay. When you are a foreigner you can bring only up to $10000 without paying a fee.

You can bring as much cash as you can carry. You are required by law to prove it was obtained by lawful means. They will tax the money only if it is income (thus, the term "income tax") and you meet the Residency standard set by Revenue Canada. They cannot tax earnings you made before you were a permanent resident.
